OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a part-time cashier/administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
ResponsibilityGreet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions. Issue receipts and ensure the correct change is given. Maintain a clean and organized cashier area. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Administrative DutiesAssist with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing emails. Help in maintaining and updating customer records. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Coordinate reservations and manage the restaurant's booking system. Support marketing efforts by managing social media posts and promotions.
QualificationsPrevious experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a team player.
